Following an online or face-to-face demonstration, we can provide your aviation ground services business with a trial (*) account on GOSS. 

Your trial will allow full access to the Ground Operations Software enabling:

• Accidents and Incidents Module:
  • Log accidents, incidents and non-conformance issues in a centralised database through simple web pages
  • Manage the workflow of accidents and incidents with the full audit tracking required by ISAGO
  • Produce Management Reports for each Station and for the Quality Managers who manage the ISAGO audit and report on RIDDOR
• Delay Reporting:
  • Log operational delays such as refuelling or baggage loading
  • Produce reports for internal and external clients
• Flight Watch and Ramp audit:
  • Record all operations carried out during flight turnarounds
  • Generate Station reports for Client's SLA's and Head Office
• Airport Lounge Vouchers:
  • Provide online access to operational staff across the airport
  • Validate vouchers redeemed at each Airport Lounge
