Completing ISAGO audits for Ground Services Providers

When completing an ISAGO audit for any ground services business, IATA mandate the forms that must be used. By converting these IATA audits from paper-based to online forms, Arepo have added non-compliance automation to the audit process. During an ISAGO audit, auditors complete the online form (often using a tablet device) and operations managers are immediately alerted to any non-compliance issues. Operations managers can then investigate and address the ISAGO non-compliance. Each action and it's response is recorded within the application. Escalation rules can also be applied ensuring that all non-compliance issues are dealt with in a timely fashion.

All audits completed are stored within each account providing historical analysis to be completed as part of your continuous improvement programme.

ISAGO audits can either be completed as part of a ground handler's internal business processes or by an external auditor. By using the online ISAGO forms for both internal and external audits, ground service providers can use the Ground Ops Software application to achieve and maintain their ISAGO accreditation.
